AI Solution Architect — Rome, Italy

AI architecture built to hold up in enterprise production.

Twenty years built inside a global enterprise services group, the last eight focused on intelligent automation and GenAI. Today I bring that same experience independently, working directly with organisations that need AI to survive contact with production, not just the pilot.

Profile

From operations to solution architecture, without skipping a step.

Over roughly twenty years inside a global enterprise services group, I moved from operations through program management to solution architecture — building a track record that combines hands-on technical delivery with enterprise-scale design. The last eight years have centred on intelligent automation: I have architected more than 50 AI-augmented solutions that collectively process over 400,000 transactions a month and recover roughly 15,000 labour hours per month across the business.

Since 2023, my focus has shifted decisively toward generative AI. I have designed RAG-based chatbots for an international enterprise group, US federal agencies and private clients, built image classification pipelines, and defined LLM integration patterns for hyper-automation workflows. Most recently, I architected a contract review solution for a global law firm that uses large language models to compare client agreements against a standard Master Agreement, surfacing deviations, clause-level risk flags, and negotiation recommendations at a fraction of the time previously required by legal reviewers.

I work comfortably in the space between business stakeholders and engineering teams — translating process requirements into concrete architecture decisions, and keeping a close eye on what is genuinely feasible versus what makes for a compelling slide deck.

Selected projects

Solutions built to hold up under real load, not just the demo.

Legal Tech · LLM

LLM-assisted contract review

For a global law firm: automatic comparison of client agreements against the standard Master Agreement, deviation detection, clause-level risk flags, and negotiation recommendations — at a fraction of the time a manual review would take.

RAG · Conversational AI

RAG chatbots for enterprise and federal contexts

End-to-end design for an international enterprise group, US federal agencies and private organisations: retrieval strategy, embedding pipelines, LLM orchestration patterns and guardrail frameworks defined from scratch.

Agentic AI · Document Intelligence

Large-scale agentic automation

End-to-end architecture of solutions combining RPA, API connectors and GenAI capabilities: unstructured data extraction, next-best-action engines, document intelligence pipelines, and billing dispute agents.

Career path

Twenty years built inside a global enterprise group. Today, independent.
